Kelly earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University after completing her undergraduate studies at DePaul University. She is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with advanced training in pelvic health and postpartum return to exercise through the Herman & Wallace Institute and the Institute of Clinical Excellence. Kelly also specializes in working with fitness athletes and brings advanced skills in manual therapy and dry needling, which she seamlessly integrates into her evidence-based, patient-centered approach.
Her clinical interests include pelvic pain, female pelvic floor disorders particularly in the postpartum period, general orthopedic injuries, fitness athletes, and runners. Outside the clinic, she enjoys running, yoga, traveling, and spending time with her husband and children.
